Welcome to our portrait commission business. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us.

Once an order for a commission has been placed and work has begun on a piece that is smaller than 12 x 16 inches in size, there will be no refunds given. This policy is in place due to the fact that our artist will have already invested significant time and materials into the creation of your piece.

For larger pieces of work above 12 x 16 inches in size, a contract will be required to be signed before work can begin. A non-refundable 50% deposit will also be required to commission the work, with the final payment due after the artist has discussed the painting with you and before shipping.

Please note that due to the larger size and increased complexity of these pieces, the artist may need to consult with you throughout the creation process to ensure that the painting meets your expectations. If the artist completes the work and you refuse to accept the painting, we still reserve the right to showcase the completed work on our website and at promotional events.

We also reserve the right to refuse any commissions that contain questionable content, such as images of guns, drugs, hate symbols, or any other offensive or inappropriate subject matter. Our artist will work with you to create a portrait that accurately and respectfully represents your subject, while also maintaining our standards of professionalism and respect for all individuals. If we feel that a requested image falls outside of these standards, we may decline the commission.

Our artist takes great pride in creating high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces that truly capture the essence of each subject. We use only the finest materials and take great care to ensure that each piece is of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of handcrafted artwork, there may be slight variations from the original design or from any photos or images provided.

We reserve the right to use photographs or images of commissioned pieces on our website or in promotional materials. However, we will not disclose any personal information about our clients without their express permission.
